With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Cancellation policy

REVISION/CANCELLATION

To receive a full refund, cancellations or reservation modifications must be done before 14 days of scheduled arrival. If reservation is cancelled or modified within 14 days prior to arrival, The guest will be responsible for the entire amount. Once guests have checked in, if there’s a check out before their anticipated departed date there will be no refunds. Guest would then be entitled to a voucher.
